I got a message saying I need to upgrade my cloud storage. I went and deleted (selected and deleted each and every one) old songs and such stored on the cloud and I still had all my photos and videos. Then it backed up again and now they are all gone. What happened? 1 Solution 05-06-2015 05:42 PM LysandraP, No problem! Let me get you the steps on how to view this online. This way you can make sure all your information is still showing up in the Verizon Cloud. You will want to log into your My Verizon account like you normally do on our website, www.vzw.com. In My Services, click on My Cloud Media and Contacts. On the left, click on Photo. Here you will be able to see everything that has been saved to the Cloud. NicoleB_VZW 05-06-2015 10:30 AM LysandraP, that is definitely very strange. We definitely want to make sure that you still have access to your backed up media. Are you currently viewing that information online through your phone, or via the computer?
