"The stay itself was fine, but I'm upset about the way I was charged for my room. I booked on hotels.com, but because I didn't have the card I paid the hotel with on me, I was charged the full amount of the room on another card I had on hand. Why? I basically had to pay for the room twice. Now I have to bother with hotels.com to try to get a refund back. Not cool"
