Disappointed
I have several Bissell machines. This one has almost no suction power which seems due in part to the battery driven motor and undersized extraction mouth. It is compact but also quite useless for cleaning.

The operation of the machine is a little different from most vacuums you must press the nose down into the rug after you spray the cleaner on the spot.
