If you are experiencing Low/No Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

  • Is the Brush Roll Turning? 
    • No > Go to Brush Not Turning
    • Yes > If available on your model, make sure the cleaning mode is clearly selected 
  • In Express mode much less water is applied, switch to DeepClean mode for more water/formula

  • Remove clean water tank and check that the tank is not warped, damaged, or cracked
    • If clean water tank is damaged, warped, or cracked, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
  • Over a sink, push up on valve on bottom of clean tank
    • Does water come through? 
      • Yes > Reinsert tank and firmly push it back into place leaving no gaps
        • If there are gaps, or tank does not seat properly, order a new clean water tank > Go to Parts & Supplies 
      • No > A new clean water tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

  • Has this resolved the issue?

    • No > Where is there No Spray?
      • Hose > Go to No Spray to Hose
      • Foot > Go to Handle Removal

If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

Make sure trigger is pressed down when performing wet passes 

  • Turn off and unplug machine
  • Remove clean water tank lifting up on handle, set aside

  • Turn upper cord wrap over and remove power cord, set aside
  • Remove upper handle
    • Press black button below upper power cord wrap and pull up on handle

  • Remove middle handle
    • Press black button below lower power cord wrap and pull up

  • Slide middle handle back onto lower body of machine until it clicks

  • Slide upper handle into middle handle until it clicks

  • With machine unplugged and turned off pull trigger
    • Is there pressure in the trigger? 
      • Yes > Fill clean water tank 
      • No > Order new middle & upper handle > Go to Parts & Supplies 
  • Inspect clean water tank and cap for cracks, damage, or deformation
    • If damaged or deformed, replace clean water tank or cap >  Go to Parts & Supplies 
    • If cap is missing red gasket, replace cap > Go to Parts & Supplies 
  • Reseat clean water tank on machine until it clicks
    • If tank does not click into place, order a new clean water tank > Go to Parts & Supplies

  • Plug machine in and turn on
  • Check for spray by pressing down on the trigger and performing a few wet and dry cleaning strokes
    • Has this resolved your issue?
