Introduced into the Indian market by United Breweries, Desperado is a full bodied lager enriched with an exotic tequila twist. People who have tasted the beer say that the zesty flavour profile contains spicy notes and hints of lemony sweetness. The beer is also served in a lovely see-through, long-neck 350 ml bottle. The beer is pretty potent
with a 5.9% of alcohol volume. According to the official website, Desperado has two other beers – Desperado Red and Desperado Black. The red is also a tequila-flavoured beer that has a hint guaraná and cachaça. So, expect it to be slightly acidic and tangy. The black, however, is a more potent beer with an extra kick of aged tequila. This beer has an alcohol percentage of 5.9%. But the icing on the cake is a sangria-flavoured
beer, which has a dash of tequila. “Sangria is there when you want to pump the party, a tequila flavoured beer shaken up with a twist red grapes, spices and refreshing notes of sangria,” the website says.
