How do I get the refund?The refund credit will depend upon your original mode of payment. Credit Card or Debit Card 1.If you paid through your credit card or debit card, you would receive the refund on the same card. It may take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund on your card. PayNow and Bank Transfer 2.As we do not save your bank account details, we will not be able to refund it back to your account if you have made the payment through PayNow or bank transfer. In exceptional circumstances, if you are not able to collect the refund from the agent location and want us to refund it to your bank account, please call our Customer Care at +65 6336 2000 for further assistance. Please have your refund MTCN handy when you make the call. Before we can process your refund to bank account, we will need to validate the transfer. For that, we will need your tracking number (MTCN), proof of debit, and your bank account statement for the account used to make the transfer, with the bank account holder’s name and account number clearly printed on it. Please note that it might take up to 7 business days after you provide all necessary documents and information for our approval and verification for the refund to bank account. If you need the refund urgently, we advise you to visit the agent location and collect cash.
