Great family hotel for Disneyland

by kcpomme

My family and I had an excellent stay at this super convenient hotel to Disneyland. 10-minute walk to Disneyland entrance, CVS downstairs and food options like Blaze Pizza across the street.

The hotel looked recently remodeled, furniture was new and modern looking (partnership with West Elm) and the bathrooms were gorgeous. We were upgraded to a spacious suite on the 5th floor with a bunk bed which was perfect for our child. Despite all the children in the hotel and on our floor it was a pleasantly quiet stay. The hotel employees were all helpful and friendly, especially Kathy who went out of her way to tell us about the local area and answer any questions we had. She made all the difference in our stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for any families planning a trip to Disneyland.

Great Disneyland Hotel

Stayed here for a short two day trip to Disney and was very pleased with the hotel and the location. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and close to Disneyland. You can walk over to the Disneyland parking lot and catch a shuttle if you want to, however we just Uber’d it to and from, for $6-8 each way it was well worth it, especially after a long day on your feet.

Daughter’s 21st Birthday Nightmare!

7mikedSEVEN on Jul 23, 2022

We had no hot water the first day and had our parking taken off. We are Gold Elite members and it felt like we were treated like an normal person walking off the the street that book through Travelocity. The pool was packed with over 40 people in the pool with a capacity sign of no more than 20. The water was dirty and gross. During breakfast we had asked for certain items that were out (IE. Whipped cream, eggs, batter mix, milk) and were told that we need to wait rudely that they were busy and it would take time. I don’t mind that things take time but when I am paying for a room and am being rudely by someone who works there that I need to wait, that is UNACCEPTABLE! We will definitely use another Marriott/Sheraton hotel next time we stay at Disneyland. We had a great time the last time we stayed but this time was not up to Marriott standards. We have season passes and stay at least 10-15 times a year. Springhill Convention Center is definitely off our list.

Clean, Friendly, Fantastic

We've stayed at a lot of the Marriott properties around Disneyland. I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. This property is fantastic. We have stayed at the Residence Inn the most, which shares the parking lot with the Springhill Suites. The front desk at the Residence Inn is NOT friendly, so we decided to give Springhill Suites a try. The staff is over the top helpful and friendly. Any issue we had, they took care of quickly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Great location, helpful staff, comfy room - but very noisy!

MomOf2FromSF on May 10, 2022

Our family enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel for a long weekend at Disney. We were in a family suite and our two teens really appreciated each having their own bed. There are lots of "Pros" for this hotel: The location is terrific. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well done and really appreciated having some gluten free options to accommodate an allergy in our family. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Two cons: 1. Walls and ceilings are paper thin - we had noisy neighbors next to and above us and it was like they were in our room with us. We could make out every word of conversations in the hall outside our room. Even the street noise was really loud. Not sure what the hotel could possibly do about any of that, but it is an issue when you're trying to sleep. 2. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which is on the early side for those not going to a park early and hoping to get some extra rest.

Very spacious rooms

We stayed here on a recent trip to disneyland and whilst the restaurants were not amazing the rooms and pool were fabulous. We felt really comfortable and very close to the parks and convention centres.

The best stay for our family Visiting Disneyland!

Drdr33 (Visalia, California) on Apr 03, 2022

Staff goes above and beyond to please everyone. From the reception to amenities to breakfast to easiness SPECIALLY, if you have kids! The breakfast every morning has plenty to please everyone. The reception and welcome team is very helpful, guides you to their best choices on what you are looking for. We needed a couple of mobility scooters and having so many companies available, it was hard to decide or to call last minute every single one and find out best deal but, staff at hotel made so easy to choose. Mr. Joseph at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant, friendly and approachable. Thank you for the best stay in a hotel to visit Disneyland ! Thank you for taking such good care of my family. We’ll see you soon.
