Use daily or as often as desired for hair that bounces in the breeze.

I love the scent, it's not strong at all but refreshing enough. Hair feels clean and soft, I think the size should last quite some time, good shampoo to use frequently without damaging your hair, good quality for sensitive scalps. Package is fine. I would say it's good for all ages and types of hair.
