I use this bike twice a day. One 30-minute session in the AM before work to spin up metabolism and get my cardio in. One 15 minute session on lunch as a warm up before doing kettlebell swings, compound body-weight exercises, or dumbbell workouts. It's solid and well-made with no squeaks or wobbliness.If its too hot, too cold, or raining outside doesn't matter- I can still get my sweat on as I bump some Korn or Pendulum to keep me moving & grooving.Good build qualityEasy to adjust resistance up and down as neededGreat way to build up the BDE after you push yourself and incorporate it into your training regimen.

It's fine if you don't mind the build quality, but it's not a good machine. The space to hold, say, a tablet is also awkward and hard to fit anything remotely thicker (like a laptop), and hard to alter. I'm on my second (replacement) and sometimes I regret not returning it.

After a few minutes of struggling to make the electric connection from the base I was able to make it by extending the wire from the handlebars as far as it could go and then snapping the pieces together. Once I was able to change resistance with no errors the bike performed as advertised. Now I need to register for some classes

I bought one of these from Costco. It was to be a Christmas gift for my wife who loves to spin but can't always get to the studio. Getting it out of the box was the first challenge; I had to tear the box away from the styrofoam holding the bike in place. Then, trying to make the electrical connections ... the directions weren't clear about what piece was supposed to be pulled through the stem and handlebars, but I eventually figured it out and made all the connections. I got on the bike to test it and immediately got a CH0 error message. When I tried to add resistance, there was no change. I Googled this problem and found a few videos of people having either difficulty with the wiring or a mechanical problem. All the electronic connections had been made properly. I noticed that when I tried to change the resistance, the motor that drives the connection to the magnets was working - it was making a click as if something weren't connected. OK, I thought, mechanical problem. I wasn't happy about it since the thing was brand new, but I was willing to give it a go. I also emailed customer service and referenced their troubleshooting guide and confirmed that I had taken the proper steps. I had, and mechanical issue was most likely. When I tried to access the mechanism, I had to unscrew the screws holding the "downtube cover" in place. Using a good quality screwdriver with a good grip on the screw, the cheap screw started to deteriorate. That was the last straw: I wasn't gonna waste a second more, nor another calorie trying to fix a problem that shouldn't have been a problem in a brand new unit and I certainly wasn't gonna continue to be frustrated by exceedingly cheap screws. Oh, and first thing I did was to register the thing when I began to unpack it. The registration page was really nothing more than a way to get me to purchase an additional service plan. Color me annoyed. This thing is back in the box and on its way to my local Costco. Junk.

Had a question about this bike. Contacted ProForm about it. They said that they don't support it anymore, because it's not on their website. Not only is the bike available on Amazon, it is also available from multiple other major retailers, but ProForm doesn't support it.

I got this for Christmas, and it’s a great bike. We had no problems assembling the bike. My husband was able to put together in less than 30minutes. I have a membership with iFit, and the classes and trails are great to follow. With the app on your tablet, you can customize the resistance on the bike. It’s also easy to move from room-to-room. I’m only 5’1, but I’m able to pick it up without straining my back.
