They have a neutral flavor with slight sweet notes. Coconut water aids in hydration much like sports drinks but without added sugars and colors. Be sure to read the ingredient label of the bottle you buy to make sure it has no added sugar. Recipe StepsStep OnePrep your ingredients using a sharp knife. If you’re using a fresh pineapple, be sure to cut off all the pineapple peels. Add chopped ingredients to the jar of a high-powered blender. You can also use a food processor or juicer. But, if you want to reduce any bitterness to the juice, you can peel the cucumber if you wish. Can I use canned pineapple for this recipe? Yes, but fresh pineapple is best for the optimal flavor and nutrition. Can this juice help with weight loss? Pineapple has quite a bit of natural sugar in it, so this juice is not necessarily great for weight loss.
