How to go to your Starting Pay: $12/hrAfter your First 12, you will go to your starting pay if you meet the requirement to officially become a Chick-fil-A Castleton Square Team Member. Your starting wage is $12/hr, unless you’re under 18 years of age in which case your starting pay is $11.
