How do i cancel my mission lane credit card

Mission Lane Visa® Credit Card* vs. Petal® 2 “Cash Back, No Fees” Visa® Credit Card

A Forbes Advisor pick for one of the best first credit cards, the Petal® 2 “Cash Back, No Fees” Visa® Credit Card charges no fees, requires no deposit and offers rewards. Cardholders first earn 1% cash back on eligible purchases right away and up to 1.5% cash back on eligible purchases after making 12 on-time monthly payments. Plus, earn 2% - 10% cash back at select merchants.

Like the Mission Lane Visa, the Petal® 2 “Cash Back, No Fees” Visa® Credit Card offers a pre-qualification tool, but also offers a much lower standard apr range of 15.99% - 29.99% variable APR.
Given the choice, the Petal 2 Visa is a more attractive bloom.

Mission Lane Visa® Credit Card* vs. Discover it® Secured Credit Card

The Discover it® Secured Credit Card does require a deposit to secure a line of credit, but cardholders can see their account upgraded to an unsecured account following at least seven months of responsible use. Secured cards with rewards are becoming more common, but this one is still at the top of our list for its structured reward earning: cardholders can earn 2% cash back at gas stations and restaurants on up to $1,000 in combined purchases each quarter. Plus, earn unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases.

A secured card with rewards or an unsecured card without them? For those with the cash for the deposit, the Discover it® Secured Credit Card is a much better option. Like the Mission Lane Visa, Discover also offers a prequalification tool on its website.

Mission Lane Visa® Credit Card* vs. Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card for Students*

For students trying to build credit, we recommend checking our list of the best student credit cards, on which the Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card for Students* ranks high among the cash-back card options. The card earns 3% cash back in the category of choice and an automatic 2% at grocery stores and wholesale clubs. Cash back is limited on up to $2,500 in the 3% and 2% categories combined each quarter. Earn an unlimited 1% on all other purchases. The card even offers a welcome bonus of $200 cash rewards bonus after making at least $1,000 in purchases in the first 90 days of account opening. Additionally, the Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card for Students* also comes with a 0% introductory APR for 18 billing cycles on purchases and balance transfers, after that a variable APR of 16.99% - 26.99% applies. Balance transfer must be completed within 60 days of opening account. A balance transfer fee of either $10 or 3% of the amount of each transaction, whichever is greater, applies.

Students, though they often may have limited credit history, do have plenty more options when it comes to cards to use to build credit. The Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card for Students* is an excellent example of one of them, but there are also other options that are more rewarding than the Mission Lane Visa® Credit Card*.

$0 annual fee, $850 credit limit to start

I have a 100% payment history over the last 3 years of paying on time on my credit score. My score was lowered to 640 after a separation and divorce. Card company has been easy to work with. I have never carried over a balance, always pay before I get interest charged, and have never had an issue. Payment has posted within 3 days of me making it.

Outstanding approval odds?

I applied because it said that I had outstanding approval odds but then I got denied. So now I have another hard inquiry for nothing.

This is a joke

Credit Karma Member

I applies because it said I have a high approval odds and if denied CL would pay me 50 dollars. I applied and got denied. So not only do I have another hard inquiry but I never received the 50 dollars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Good for rebuilding credit.

Credit Karma Member

This card has been good for my situation. Started me at 750 limit and now I am at 3750 limit in less than a year. Easy to make payments. Interest rate is high but for people with low credit worthiness it's a good start.
