Other than that, the property goes far beyond dated, and I don’t even believe the current renovation described can get rid of the disgustingly dirty rooms. Our shower pan had
obviously been severely cracked and was patched with caulk, yet was still obviously bulging upwards, causing the shower to fail to drain, flooding the entire ADA accessible bathroom. No possible way this could’ve been the only time it has happened. Along with hairs all over the bathroom and furniture, the carpeting, computer chair and couch all had very apparent stains that made it uninhabitable for us. Got a full refund thanks to Unique’s understanding, and she did physically write down all of
the issues, but to be charging over $200/night for the filth we found is ridiculous.
