Cons:Taking out all the jetted tubes which is the only reason I pick this one over the Many there. I’ll not be back Pros:Upon check-in, I accidentally left my ID at the front desk. The man working the front desk went above and beyond trying to contact me to let me know that I had left it. I was very thankful for his honesty and contacting me with urgency. Our stay was for 3 nights and included myself and my two younger children. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice and friendly and I liked the location, close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, a wonderful stay especially for the price! Cons:The only thing I would change about our stay was that I wish the pool was bigger. My kids wanted to be in the pool for the majority of our stay and most of the times we were at the pool it was very busy, making the pool crowded and at times I had trouble finding a chair to sit in. Pros:They waited for us to check in before they closed the front desk. Cons:Low to no staff, dirty overall, very outdated, the pool was closed due to costruction, the whole facility was under construction. My wife and I pulled up and jusy said " oh no" it was midnight we were tired and we were going to have to go in. Pros:The food choices were excellent. Th shows were funny and entertaining. Some very good talent. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. Cons:Traffic was very heavy. There are alternative routes. Pros:I didnt pay what the rooms actully go for thank goodness. Cons:We read on line it had breakfast, it doesnt and when asked the staff were rude. They advertise 2 pools, there is only one and it is small. Pros:My family didn't like anything about this hotel Cons:The hotel was NASTY we walked into the office and there was roaches all over the floor. We thought we would give them a chance and went to the rooms. The beds had blood in the creases of the bed along with bugs. We immediately went to the lady in the office and she called us a liar so we asked for our money back (we booked three rooms for five days) she refused to give us our full refund and charged us for one night per room and was really rude about it. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Pros:The room was large with two king comfortable beds and jacuzzi in room. I loved the bacony to watch the tubers and the geese in the river. Great location too and very quiet. My pet dog loved it too. The windows were large to view outside activity. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay plan on returning here one day. Cons:The only thing i didn't like was the elevator smelled of urine r cholrine couldn't decide. Carpets need to go just plain floor would work. Pros:The Jacuzzi tub Cons:Everything was poorly maintained. The door to outside patio didn't latch. Pros:The rooms was great i took my fińace and my brotherand his girlfriend down for the weekend had no problenms Cons:The indoor pool is to small and the outside pool wasn't open small trade though for good rooms 4215 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863
