Pros:The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Cons:The facilities are old and the rooms felt damp from old air conditioning units.

Cons:Rude staff. At 12am someone invade my room. The front desk give same room to other people. Front desk calling in the room at 1am. No apologies for the incident. Drunk people on the hotel. My stay with my family was a nightmare.

Pros:Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to attractions. Good price for quality

Cons:Hard to park the car at night. AC smells bad (mold?).

Pros:We booked stayed at Fairfield during our labor day weekend and found out by accident there's a lot of attractions in the area. Skeleton museum, Ripley's believe it or not, Ferris wheel ect.. were all walking distance. We were assigned a room in front of the elevator and surprisingly we didn't hear any outside noise through out the night. My husband is a light sleeper and would wake up easily to noises. To his surprise he slept well during our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory and free. Would definitely come back again.

Cons:For a family of 4 we were given 3 sets of towels and 1 set of conditioner and shampoo. In the past at other hotels the receptionist is aware of our party and usually ask the maid to bring some extra toiletries. I sent my son to front desk for more shampoo. Maybe this is standard or perhaps I was spoiled. Overall this is a minor inconvenience and not a deal breaker.

Pros:The Hotel was clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was good.

Cons:Before leaving for the hotel, I had booked a two queen room and specified we had 4 people sleeping in the room. I also took advantage of the pre-check in to select a room and tell them what time we would be in. When we got to the front desk, the man who waited on us said that they had a reservation for a king bed for us. Mentioned that they had received notice of what time we were getting in but strangely the fact that we needed two queens was never listed even though I had requested and booked two queens. I had to pull out my paperwork after he said that he did not have any available rooms but one king (you cannot fit a man that is 6 foot 4, and three grown ladies in a king bed) once I pulled out my paperwork he found us a room. He even stated that it was good that I had my paperwork or he would have just stuck with telling us that he had no other rooms. Once we got to the rooms the beds were very small.. They were for sure double beds even though they told us they were queens. We have a queen bed and these were definitely smaller. Thank you for letting me have my say :)

Cons:Break fast could be better , they had instant oat meal !!! Could be real oat meal , fake eggs , could be real eggs . Break fast could be lit better ,
