"Bad strike plate." Overall score3.0/ 5 The strike plate was missing in the door. I informed the front desk and they said the maintenance person would be back after the weekend. The door wouldn't close unless you shouldered the door and threw your whole body weight into the door. My whole floor was high school kids. You could tell because the chaperone put tape over the door to make sure no one sneaked out lol. But still felt pretty unsafe that some one could give the door a good push to break in. Elizabeth K. "Refused us !" Overall score1.0/ 5 When we went to the desk to check in we were told that we didn't have a reservation. Even though we paid a month or more in advance. I located the credit card statement on my phone as proof of payment. We were told they didn't have a reservation. We had to go to another hotel to stay for our grandsons wedding. We drove for 360 miles only to be turned away. Now we have to try to get a refund of our $269 back. NOT HAPPY. Tony M.
