very loud. The staff were great but the corporation should have notified patrons this was going to be going on. The breakfast was in the middle of construction with only one person trying desperately to keep everything stocked. The price should have been discounted. Staff was responsive to our request for refilling soap and shampoo. Location of the hotel is very convenient to walk and explore nyc downtown. Took a while to get a lift. Breakfast was a mad scramble and there was nowhere to sit and eat it, you either had to take it back up to the room or eat outside somewhere. Staff were pleasant though, and room was clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic!
