DescriptionThis is an edit I made of the MC disappearing with her soul after the 10 Days when she's in lie with Shiki instead of living Image details Image size 576x1024px 93.46 KB Shiki is really like a cat. He sleeps all day, and he doesn’t like crowds or loud noises. Mostly, he holes up in his room and stays quiet. When he does speak, it’s usually in short fragments and rude statements. He also has a childish personality. He can be lazy and refuse to do things, and he can pout when he doesn’t get his way. Sometimes the MC even has to scold him for being so rude. spoilers under the cut But Shiki also has a gentle, caring side to him. He may not say it, but he does care about those close to him, and he worries a lot about their welfare. He just has a hard time trusting people, because he grew up around a lot of fake people. Besides the demons, not many people have accepted him for the way he is, and I think that’s why he falls so hard for the MC. She doesn’t mind that he’s quiet and collects prizes from snack boxes. She accepts him and loves him for it. It’s really an uplifting thing. I love Shiki, but the route itself has a lot of other things going for it that make it unique to other Voltage routes in general. The MC starts the route with a love interest already. Because she’s focused on that, she’s a bit oblivious to Shiki’s attentions and her own feelings. She treats him like a close friend. She’s also more openly affectionate in this route, so all their interactions are really cute. My only complaint is the conflict feels like it’s solved too easily, especially after such an emotional build. However, I think there’s enough to enjoy in this route that you don’t feel unsatisfied when it ends. We devils are here to take your soul. Devils are not allowed to fall in love with humans. 10 Days with My Devil is a Romance Game Visual Novel by Voltage, Inc. for iOS and Android devices. In it, the player takes the role of a young woman who, due to an unexpected mishap, misses her fated death, and discovers in the process that she has become a loose end for the demons whose job it is to collect the souls of the dead for rebirth. Desperate for a little more time to take care of some last important business, the protagonist bargains with the five demons who were handling her case for just ten more days. Although it means breaking the laws of demonkind, they agree - on the condition that she allow one of them to monitor her closely, both to ensure that no other demons learn about the exception and to make sure she doesn't try anything foolish. Demons aren't allowed to fall in love with humans, lest they start trying to interfere with their fates. But a lot can happen in just ten days. A Westernized localization of the game has also been released by Voltage's American subsidiary under the title My Killer Romance. The game contains examples of the following tropes:
