Not trying to hijack the thread and all, but I am having similar problems with this game and windows 7 - seems that every time I try and start the game, the screen goes completely black and my monitor says "Input not supported"... ...Bit confused as to why, as that would mean surely that it is trying a resolution/refresh rate my monitor cannot display, and it is a brand new 24" ProLite B2409HDS. I can hear the sound of the games load screens etc but just nothing is coming up! I have tried Nvidia 185 beta drivers, and the original 181.71s aswell and there is no difference. Also tried uninstalling and re-installing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah my graphics card is an 8600GT if that helps at all... Joined Aug 20, 2009 · 109 Posts

I find that hard to believe. GTA 4 runs well on a 1.8 ghz dual core. It runs ok on a 3ghz dual core. and a 9400GT is really weak. I don't see how you statement is true. Joined Jun 5, 2008 · 174 Posts
I fps capped GTA4 with an Intel Atom processor with integrated intel graphics. Joined Jun 22, 2008 · 12,841 Posts
I would like to see an example of that, if you can find that. This is an example of the system you mentioned above running GTA 4. This game is highly CPU dependant. Comparing
GTA 4 (a huge open world to a linear game) to a X-MEN wolverine is like comparing a Ferrari to a decent Honda Civic. Integrated graphics would be able to barely push 5 FPS maybe 10 FPS. The game can run fine on your system but you should not be lumping games like that together. Here is what yougamers.com recommends which is what I would recommend too. X-Men Origins: Wolverine -
Uncaged Edition System Requirements Don't look at the manufacturers requirements at all as they are always too low. Joined Aug 20, 2009 · 109 Posts

Hey again. We'll move on to your new question soon, firstly are you saying that you were able to get the game working? Joined Aug 10, 2007 · 7,320 Posts
you were having an error with Wolverine! also for GTA IV, I have a Geforce 9400 GT 1 gig, I used to have that game, I played it on 800 x 600 with Textures on high, view set on 10, motion blur on (forgot what it's called in the menu), and I got 25 to 30
fps, but unfortunately, that game needs a monster CPU, and my Dual Dore E2200 couldn't keep up well, so I took it back Joined Aug 20, 2009 · 109 Posts

thank u Why does Wolverine exe crash?Wolverine.exe issues are caused by a corrupt or missing Wolverine.exe, invalid registry keys associated with X-Men Origins Wolverine, or a malware infection.
Is XAmazon.com: X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Uncaged Edition (PC DVD) : Video Games.
Is XWith its stunning graphics and terrific story line, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is definitely one of the more pleasant surprises of the year. The game is not perfect but it's a very good start. I recommend X-Men Origins: Wolverine – Uncaged Edition for the PC to anyone wanting to take a walk on the wild side.
Is XThe X-Men saga continues with the X-Men Origins: Wolverine video game for the Xbox 360, based on the feature film of the same name. Unleash the fury of Wolverine and see how it all began.
