I wondered how that would work for meat and felt anxious about my ham shanks. They were in my freezer within 25 minutes of when UPS dropped them at my front door. Neither the boxes nor the shanks felt cold. No icing. I don’t know if they were frozen when shipped or not. All 8 packages looked alright and were vacuum sealed. They look delicious and high quality…. If the meat didn’t suffer in shipping, I expect all to be excellent. If this all works out I’ll be happy to have this source.
