Hi Tiana, Yes, we do know the difference and we meant to say whipped cream, although you can use 1 tbsp of Cool Whip if you like. The rule for a condiment is that it must have 1 gram of carbs or less. 1 tbsp of whipped cream has . 4g of carbs so it is okay to use.
