Easy User Interface, good time using the app.

I don’t often write reviews so listen to what I have to say here because I often gloss over these and say nothing. This app is good. This app is well designed, easy to use, and up front with promotions allowing me to see whats new or what coupons are available without googling it.

It responds like a dream, the pizza customizer is easy to work with. Maybe being able to hold your thumb over a button for a sec to change from none normal or extra would be nice instead of tapping it twice. But hey my phone screen doesn’t always cooperate so double tapping can be annoying sometimes. Its not the apps fault though.

The consumer interface gives me everything I’d want out of an app like this, and more. It matches up well against other pizza apps like dominos in convenience and design, but with a little more flare.

Complicated online order with app

Completed an online order. Called the restaurant and no answer. Went to the restaurant 30min earlier just to talk to an assistant manager that was rude and not helpful. The assistant manager mentioned he does not see my online order. I showed him the little ceasar app and he mentioned I need to call someone on the app because he has no online order. The order was shown with the correct address and transaction completed and he still didn’t help. As a first responder I think of all options possible to help my patients and also coming from customer service background patient and customer satisfaction is a must. He then forgot I was there and started helping others with no explanation for me. When ask to speak to manager or supervisor he mentioned they are not there. It took the nice guy with dreads that was boxing the pizza to come an assist me and mentioned he see my order. All In all, I was very upset because today is my son 6th birthday and I order pizza for his football team. If it wasn’t for the guy with dreads that box the pizza I don’t know what would have happened. Please consider and evaluate this situation so that this does not happen again to anyone especially on their special day.

A few nuisances that make app annoying to use

I don't like how the app forces you to use Apple Pay instead of manually enter a credit card number. What if I wanted to use a different card?

I also don't enjoy how the app doesn't tell you from which pizza location the delivery will be coming from. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. So you are forced to use this terrible app.

Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. You have to figure out which location it is and call if you have a question or alteration on the order. Dominos, for example, tells you when they're firing up your pizza, when it gets out of the oven and keeps you updated every step of the way. Little Cesar's app logs you out and you can't check on your order, it just resets which is very irritating.
