I hate to give a not great review…. Unfortunately as cute as this case is, and it actually feels like good quality, it just doesn’t fit my iPhone 13 pro max right. I cannot use the side buttons. May be a fluke but it’s disappointing. Super cute though!

After speaking with you directly, it was concluded that you actually placed your order for the wrong device size — which would explain the fit issue you were having and thankfully means fault was not on the actual case itself. I gave you exchange instructions on 12/29 and followed back up with you on 1/12 to see if you were still planning on exchanging it for the correct size but unfortunately have not heard back from you on either occasion.
