The Powerball drawing was delayed 48 minutes due to security protocols needing to be met by one of the 48 participating lotteries. According to a release at powerball.com, there are strict requirements that all lotteries must meet before a drawing can be held.

But the numbers have officially been chosen for the Wednesday, Oct. 19 lottery jackpot worth an estimated $508 million, with a cash option of $256.3 million.

The winning numbers for Wednesday night's drawing are 6, 8, 15, 27, 42, and the Powerball is 10. The Power Play was 3X.

Did anyone win Powerball last night?

No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot Wednesday. There were two tickets that matched all five numbers except for the Powerball worth $1 million. One of the winners was purchased in Michigan and the other was was sold in New Jersey.

Another New Jersey ticket matched all five numbers except for the Powerball and added the Power Play worth $2 million.

Double Play numbers are 4, 24, 32, 55, 59, and the Powerball is 13.

Nobody matched to all six numbers, and there no tickets that matched all five numbers except for the Powerball worth $500,000.

How many numbers in Powerball do you need to win a prize?

You only need to match one number in Powerball to win a prize. However, that number must be the Powerball worth $4.

What do I win if I get 2 numbers on Powerball?

Matching two numbers won't win anything in Powerball unless one of the numbers is the Powerball. A ticket matching one of the five numbers and the Powerball is worth $7.

When is the next Powerball drawing?

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, Oct. 22 grew to an estimated $550 million with a cash option of $277.5 million, according to powerball.com.

The prize inches closer to being one of the top 10 Powerball jackpots of all-time, falling just shy of the $564.1 million won Feb. 11, 2015 that was shared by winning tickets from North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Texas.
