Your credit card statement may include the ticket number, especially if it's a Southwest Rapid Rewards card, or it may not (many don't). Another thing you can try, if you purchased you ticket with the Chase Southwest credit card look at your statement online and look at the "Southwest payment" for your ticket and you should see the conformation number.
