   Open the PayPal app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. It's the icon of a white "P" on a blue background. You'll find the app on your Home screen, in the app list, or by searching. This will take you to your PayPal Dashboard.

   • If you want to send your balance to another person's bank account instead of your own, that person will need to sign up for PayPal and then link their bank account.
