 Show 5.0 out of 5 stars Much easier than one that came with car seat The base that came with our car seat was incredibly difficult to remove from the car. I wasn't able to do it, and had to enlist my husband each time. In short the button you push to loosen the strap gets caught under the base and is practically impossible to push down. You have to use all your body weight. Trust me I watched lots of YouTube videos to see if there was s simpler way. Finally even my husband couldn't get the base out of his car, and resorted to cutting the strap after 45 minutes of fighting it. We took a gamble on this base hoping it would be a little different and fortunately it is. We are so happy with this base both of us can get it in and out much easier. I did some research on my car seat and the car seat is a Graco Snugride snug lock 35 and it also said it was click connect compatible! So I did some finding on Amazon and found this base for a reasonable price! Came in the mail quick and fits with the car seat like a glove! No other original seats/bases are interchangeable. The two Click Connect Bases can be used interchangeably between all the Click Connect seats.
