A Human soul is worth $660,326.82 according to “The devil went down to Georgia” where the Devil offers a fiddle of gold as an equal bet against a soul.

assuming a fiddle weighs about 450 grams and is primarily made out of spruce and maple. The density of spruce is 0.43 g/cm3, and the density of maple is 0.6 g/cm3. As an estimation, we’ll just average these and suppose that the average density of the material of a violin is 0.515g/cm3. so If the Fiddle weighs 450 g and has a density of 0.515 g/cm3, that means that the volume of the wood of the Fiddle is 873.8 cm3. Our hypothetical golden prize had gold in lieu of wood. So 873.8 cm3 of gold weighs 16.9 kg — almost forty pounds! — or 543.3 troy ounces.

Since the selling price of gold today is $1215.40 per ounce that gives us our value, but as for cupcakes it’s a little harder, most cupcakes sell for $2.50 to $4.00 at a bake shop, so let’s average that to $3.25, some simple division and we get our answer

Pedro can buy 203,177 cupcakes and have $1.56 left over.

How many cupcakes can you buy with a human soul

If a car is travelling at 30 mp/h, and wind resistance exists and is taken into consideration. If a triangle is thrown out of the window, how many cupcakes can Pedro buy with one human soul?

How many cupcakes can you buy with a human soul

Hey! Good question!

If you read this article; http://www.businessinsider.com.au/how-much-is-your-soul-worth-2013-9

it evaluates souls at different prices. However, they also include an average price, at 2.8 million US$. Using also the average price of a regular sized standard (not gourmet) cupcake, as according to divinecupcake.com, it is estimated that Pedro could purchase 1120000 cupcakes. (2800000/2.50)

However, this isn't considering the speed of travel, nor the air resistance. So lets say Pedro is outside his house, which is approximately 30miles from the cupcake store. He is assumed to have a full tank of fuel. It also depends upon which car he happens to be driving. According to forbes.com, an article outlined the world's top selling cars, and at the top of this list is the Toyota Corolla. The standard model comes with a 4-cylinder inline engine, that uses 7 litres/100km. This equates to around about 7litres/62.14 miles. I estimate the fuel tank to be 50-60 litres in size, and considering it is full, I will use 60L. Therefore, considering that the car must be moving at 30mp/h with air resistance to have that as the recorded reading, the maths would look something like:

62.14/30

=2.0713333333333335

7/ans

~3.38 litres used for the journey.

I consider the triangle to be irrelevant, as no values are given for angles or side lengths.

Now, the current US Petrol price average (using US prices for everything, as it is the easiest to find) is as of the 12th of September, at $0.65/litre of fuel. This means that Pedro spent about $2.20 on his journey, which equates to him losing that amount of his total from selling the soul.

2800000-2.20

=2799997.8

Therefore, using all possible statistics and viable options, and using recently evaluated amounts, Pedro can purchase 1119999 cupcakes, as he loses one, because it is impossible to purchase a tenth of a cupcake from the referenced store.

I hope this answered your question, and please don't tell me he wanted to buy jumbo or tiny cupcakes!!!

Thanks!
