Liked: Staff & service, amenities The staff was very friendly. The room was dated and felt dirty. The linens did not appear to have been cleaned since the last guest. I paid a little extra for this hotel in hopes to have clean sheets. Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities I would give 10 stars if it weren't for 3 things - 1. I was not a fan of the coffee maker in the room. 2. They ran out of towels at the pool and took at least an hour to replinish. 3. The hotel gave a free voucher for coffee or water. I went into the market to use and forgot about the vouchers
until right as I paid. I asked the person at the counter if I could still use the vouchers and she said only if I wanted to order more coffee or get water. She refused to refund and start the transaction over. I went to the front desk and was advised that there wasn't anything they could do. The accommodations were really nice and we especially liked the convenience of having a washer/dryer in our unit. the staff were friendly and accommodating. If we had to say anything negative it would be the persistent calls/ texts about attending a timeshare seminar we had no interest in. We were approached five minutes into our stay just after we checked in and we received calls at 9am the next two mornings despite us telling the staff that we were
not interested. I then received two texts from Maybe Brittany asking about our stay and we made our wishes again about not being approached about timeshare opportunities. This stopped and we could finally have some peace for the rest of our trip. it was a bit annoying to have our sleep interrupted but once it stopped we were quite happy with our stay. conditions & facilities Everything was great until the last night...we got bit by bedbugs. I was in shock that this could happen at a Hilton. My husband legs were all bitten by them and then the next day I got it as well. First time ever getting bit by bedbugs and it is not a pleasant experience. Room 1211. the market is convenient but the prices are a little over the top. We, unfortunately, were all the way to the en dof the property and it was super inconvenient to get to where all the amenities are in the hotel but besides that place was amazing!
