& service, property conditions & facilities This is the first time I am disappointed with a Hilton hotel. We rented the junior suite. Suite has closets but no hangers, steam iron or laundry plastic bag. Suite has a sofa-bed but no extra blankets, sheets or pillows. Suite has an eating area with a sink but no dish soap, paper towel, eating utensils, plates or tissue paper. I called the front desk thinking probably the cleaning team
forgot but they told me they don’t provide any of these. For the price we paid, Hilton should have provided these at least for the suites. Summary: high-valued rooms for no reason.
