Online Appointment Scheduling
Relax. Waiting on hold to schedule an appointment is now a thing of the past. Scheduling online make embarking on a revitalizing retreat to the area’s premier spa/salon relaxing and easy.

Early Arrival
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of any spa appointment. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable; however, depending upon circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

About Your Visit
Guests who are scheduled for spa services requiring a robe will be provided with a locker. We ask guests to refrain from bringing or wearing jewelry to the spa. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Prior to receiving any services please inform us about any special medical conditions – pregnancy, hypertension, allergies or prescription medications that may be contraindicated for spa services.

Children
To ensure a relaxing environment, spa guests must be at least 13 years of age. Children receiving haircare services are welcome in the hair salon. Anyone aged between 13 and 17 must have written consent from a parent or guardian to receive massage services. In addition, said parent or guardian must be present in the room during massage service.

Cell Phones
We ask guests to refrain from cell phone usage and request that mobile phones be silenced or turned off when in the spa and lounge areas.

Pricing & Payment
We honor VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, there are ATMs available for use at each location. Toppers Spa/Salon is proud to accept select third party gift certificates (i.e., Spa Finder). Please consult your location of choice for a complete list of affiliates. All prices are subject to change without notice. Toppers Spa/Salon pricing is not inclusive of NJ sales tax on massage and bodywork or temporary tanning services.

Gratuities
Toppers Spa/Salon cannot process any credit card or debit card cash advances. Credit card and debit card transactions may only be processed for the exact amount of services and/or retail purchased during your visit. Gratuities are not included in the price of any service or Gift Card.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours notice prior to the rescheduling or cancellation of any appointment or a 20% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be incurred. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice will be billed for the full value of the scheduled service(s). Appointments scheduled on the same day are designated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled without a charge for the full value of the scheduled service(s). Gift Cards & Instant Gift Certificates
Toppers Spa/Salon gift cards and instant gift certificates are perfect for every occasion and are available in any dollar denomination, giving your guest the freedom to choose the specific Spa Experience, services and/or products they desire from our complete spa services menu. Gift cards can be conveniently purchased at any Toppers Spa/Salon location or by contacting 800 93-RELAX. For your added convenience, instant, printable/email gift certificates can also be purchased 24 hours, 7 days a week online. Instant printable/email gift certificates can also be personalized and emailed directly to your recipient – the instant gift!

Toppers Spa/Salon gift cards represent a pre-payment for goods and services available at all Toppers Spa/Salon locations. Gift cards must be presented at time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift card. Toppers Spa/Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. All prices are subject to change. Gift cards do not expire.
