Overall a great 3 night stay. The staff and breakfast were great. We had a 2 Queen Suite poolside, and the room was a good size, but maybe a bit outdated. Bathroom was small, but manageable because there was an extra sink in the room. Our room was right outside the kids play area in the pool, and the noise from that might deter some people, so maybe try and avoid that if you can. Overall we were happy, and won't hesitate to stay again!

Have to say that customer service is impeccable! The property needs a bit of care of it is going to be renovated next year. Had a little bit of a problem but Franklin the manager jumped in and took care of it very quickly. Pee wee catered omelet cooked to order was very good! His personality is on point, very inviting and humorous. Makes anyone’s morning brighter. The breakfast buffet is filling. They have a movie screen playing Disney cartoons to keep the kids distracted and calm while eating breakfast. They have complementary snacks and drinks in the evening. They should mixed the snacks up with more choices but it free and nice of them many places so not provide this. There are so many activities for families to stay occupied and enjoy the resort. Daily activities for kids every hour with the friendliest staff. It’s like having a party everyday. The bar is by the pool for drinks if you desire. There are backdrops for photo ops. You can order food right there and Starbucks is served. If you want dessert 🍨 just head to the atrium and get some ice cream etc. for a small cost. Family friendly Disney movies by the pool nightly to wind down is perfect! Shuttles to the them parks. They will gladly text you the park schedule. If you need anything I suggest to get the app to text for towels, soap etc. you can also call the front desk to accommodate your needs. The cleaning crew can do a better job. The pull out mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Very secured. Will return!

Really good location, great facilities. Nice staff. The only small criticism: the pool should be cleaned a lot more.

The place is fantastic, lots of things to do, Free breakfast, manager's reception. Loads of things for the kids, I had none with me, but knowing that there is so much for kids would make it easy to recommend this hotel. Only issue I see is the amount of people interupting your vacation to sell travel packages.
