Have You Ever Seen The Rain Chord Chartby CCRWelcome to my Have Your Ever Seen the Rain chord chart. This is a somewhat beginner-intermediate acoustic guitar song that I like doing with my students. What makes it more intermediate is the use of the F barre chord. Now, if you don't know barre chords yet, we can simplify the song use an Fmaj7 chord as shown below. Show It looks like a squished C chord and will work well enough for the song. You will also notice in the chart something like this C/B. In this song you can play what is called a walk down on the bass line. In the Chorus the walk down moves from C to B to A and ends on G in the chorus. If you know how to play a walk down, great! If not, play on the first chord, not the second note. Play Don't Play So you would play a C chord only.
