We bought our car at Legacy 2 years ago and it still runs great for its age. I went to both showrooms and made payments in Westerville. The owner helped us get into an affordable loan and again helped when we needed extra help a a car issue - he is honest! I still go back to Legacy to look and see what is brought out. No other used car dealership looks or works like this dealership and the warranty makes it pressure free when purchasing a new used car for your family.

None of the cars looked crazy to me or had busted windows or flat tires, it looks like they actually choose what they sell. I highly recommend Legacy Auto if you are looking for a gently used car and I will deal with them in the future!

At first I wasn’t too sure about checking this place out. I don’t put much stock in the reviews section of Google, but one thing I’ve noticed about Legacy in particular is there were far more great reviews than bad, so I decided to take a leap of faith and check them out. As soon as I walked through the door, they welcomed me and were very polite and professional. I, of course, told them I was in the market for a vehicle, and one of the vehicles I had been looking at on their website was actually still there, so I checked out that one.They got me set up for a quick test drive, and I was very pleased. It was nice and clean on the inside, drove very smooth, AC was nice and cold and the heater worked like a dream (was a pretty chilly day). After the test drive, I had noticed that the front passenger door was making a weird noise (it was catching on the fender, I believe they said) and they had mechanics on the clock, who very quickly fixed the problem while we were still doing the paperwork. They had also gave the vehicle a wash before we wrapped everything up and I went on my way.With all that being said, if you’re looking to get a vehicle, GO. TO. LEGACY! Normally if I write a review on something, which I barely do, it’s usually just a quick few words. This is definitely the exception. The customer service these guys provide is beyond exceptional, and they will work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with what you’re getting, as opposed to just sticking you in anything just to make a sale. Needless to say, if I’m ever in the market for another car, Legacy will be my first stop.

Got my car about 3 weeks ago. Process was easy. They’re friendly. Down payments are $1000 and up. They have really good quality cars. Checked out a few other places before this one and they were pure garbage. I recommend this one as of right now. Haven’t had any problems. My absolute favorite part about this place is you can make your payments online and you don’t have to call it in! Online even tells you your total balance!

The people here make it so easy to get a car I bought mine 7 months ago and unfortunately put 18,000 miles on so far and it still running great. I would definitely recommend Legacy to those in need of alternative financing. Only thing I would change is they don’t report good credit to the credit bureau that’s why 4 stars instead of 5
