  You can tell that this was once a grand hotel, maybe in the early 90's? It could be awesome again with some updates. The staff wasn't all that friendly, at least the two folks we encountered at the reception. The "breakfast" was hilariously bad. We wouldn't stay here again but it worked for the night.

  The guys in the night shift went to infinity and beyond for my troubles. Their respectful, helpful, and great employee's. It's been 3rd time staying here at Hotel Ava, and I will continue to come.

  The Ava Hotel charged me twice and they didn't answer phone neither emails, is a nightmare do a communication with them. I don't recommend this Hotel.
