Can a good folks tell me where is the Crankshaft position sensor? I will really appreciated.

crank sensor is on the block, towards transmission, towards front of Altima. Same as the 2004+ Maxima.

I don't know what year you have, but if I remember correctly, that part was recalled on my 02.

Where is my crankshaft position sensor located?

The Crankshaft Position sensor is normally located in the timing cover or on the side of the block with a cylindrical portion that inserts into the block. Will a malfunctioning Cam or Crank Sensor illuminate the check engine light or affect vehicle operation?
