There are gaps in the floor where you ca I lived here for a year when it was apparently new and only one tenant in the apartment prior. To start the quality of these apartments are not great for being ¢new¢ or newer. There are gaps in the floor where you can see the ground and the wood doesn¢t touch the wall. The paint is poorly done, pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom, they never changed the air filter and the first week living there the AC leaked and broke. You can just see the property was built quickly and not done well which is sadly common in Nashville. The no smoking policy is not enforced nor do they do anything about people smoking no matter if it¢s inside or outside. The laundry facility leaks and constantly has flooded and the machines are either always broke or don¢t fully dry your clothing. They promised when I moved in a year prior that a pool and gym would be built but when I moved out in April they have yet to break ground on it. The trash is constantly over flowing and there¢s litter everywhere. Management however is pretty helpful if you go in and talk to them which is rare to find in Nashville. I just don¢t feel like the pricing reflects the quality. Not to mention the gate at the front has never once been closed. With the parking already very slim it doesn¢t make sense to not use it so actual residents can park where they pay. The weekends you can¢t find parking and if you park near the gate or by the dumpsters they stick a note on there to tow it. They need to fix the parking situation since when I got off at 9pm on a weekend I would have to circle the lot or park completely outside the complex. Also we were charged for valet trash which we never received. Upon move out they charged me for redoing the entire carpet which I did not understand why and in the lease it says you¢re entitled to do a walk through with them which I was never offered . A very minor thing, but just something to note. Overall the place could be worse but they definitely have a lot of fixing to do in terms of quality. The pros are if you go in and talk to management (specifically Cynthia) they are very understanding and that¢s rare to find . more ... less ...

Good luck getting anything fix maybe after the 4th time. Management will charge you a $150 for missing a quarterly pest control with only 3 days notice and you have to move everything out of your closet and cabinets. I had emergency I couldnt get things done like they needed to be. So I was charged $150. If I could I would give the complex a 0. The projects are a descent place as long as the manager gives a dam. But this lady only wants a check. She could care less about the tenants because she doesn¢t have to live there.

However, the children do not play on the playground, but play in the court yard in the middle of the units. They are extremely loud, screaming and yelling well after 9p. Neighbors have way too many people living in their apartments. Parking near the building I live in is difficult unless I get home really early. The pool policy is beyond ridiculous. They close the pool all day every Monday, and you cannot go to the pool after 8p or dark, whichever comes first. There is lots of construction going on, with new windows, siding and roof work going on all day every day. Construction debris was scattered all over the courtyard where the kids play for months. Gutters were literally hanging down and almost touching the ground for weeks before it was finally taken care of. They replaced some (but not all) of the wooden lattice railings with iron railings, but neglected to treat them for rust prevention. Touching them results in dirty, rusty hands and clothing. The other day 6 cop cars were in the parking lot to arrest one woman. Tenant eviction notices are popping up more often. The previous tenant in my apartment was a smoker, and I have been battling the smell since I moved in. My stove doesnt work properly, but since they can get it to sometimes work they didnt replace it and Ive been stuck with a stove that only occasionally works, with coils that are so warped none of my pots or pans will sit anywhere near level. The laundry facility is constantly littered with dirty clothes and trash all over the floor. It has a card reader so you can use your debit card to pay for laundry, but its constantly breaking with no signs posted when its down, which is quite often. The apartments themselves are really not a bad size, but there is no storage space to speak of, and no balconies either.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. more ... less ...
