Tom, Rick and Harry Naught opened their very first small insurance agency in Jefferson City, MO in 1972. It was not long before word spread throughout the community of their genuine honesty and interest in their customers, so the agency grew quickly adding more services and staff and later moved to a larger facility in Eldon, MO.
The Naught-Naught Insurance Agency went on to become one of the largest insurance agencies in Missouri and now serves the entire central Missouri area with a total of 9 offices in Boonville, Carrollton, Columbia, Concordia, Eldon, Fulton, Jefferson City, Marshall, and Ozark. Naught-Naught became part of AssuredPartners in August of 2017, which means that they are now also part of one of the largest agencies in the nation.
The agency is now under the guidance of President Eric Kaup as well as department leaders Cody Thorne in Sales, Steve Naught in Commercial, Lori Grossman in Operations, Philip Naught in Benefits and Jeff Naught in Technology. The staff continues to live by the original agency goal of giving customers the best service available in the insurance industry.
