Playback Failed - One or More items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.

If I click on few channels like travelXP, the above error message pops up, there's also lotta buffering

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Languages'
  2. Click on 'Tamil'
  3. Scroll down to 'TravelXP'
  4. See an error

I Expected it to play...the selected content!?!

Here's what worked for me (Kodi Ver. 19.3.0 Matrix) :

Reinstall PVR IPTV Simple Client by going to Add-ons -> My add-ons -> PVR IPTV Simple Client -> Versions

Login to JioTV addon again from Video add-ons, select and long-press JioTV -> Settings -> Account -> Login

Comeback to JioTV Settings, select Setup -> Setup Simple IPTV PVR. A notification will appear stating 'Playlist updated, Restart to apply the changes.

Exit Kodi or remove it from memory

Launch again

@adityapv Its only works in Kodi v19.3.0 matrix (LibreElect v10) but does not work in LibreElect v9.2

Hi Shridatt, I have only tried it in 19.3 Matrix.

Here's what worked for me (Kodi Ver. 19.3.0 Matrix) :

  • Restart your Kodi app now.

Solution 3: Install the RAW Maintenance Add-on as a Third Option.

  • Go to Settings from the Kodi main screen.
  • To add a source, go to File Manager and click Add Source.
  • In the URL field, type the following: //solved.no-issue.is/. Click the OK button.
  • Return to the main screen and select Settings.
  • Click Install from Zip File after selecting Add-ons.
  • Now search for repository.rawmaintenance.zip or repository.no-issue.zip and install it.
  • The installation of the add-on will be indicated by a message.
  • Restart the Kodi application.
