Move swiftly during programming. If no digit is pressed for 10 seconds, the system will time out and you will need to restart the procedure.
1) Make sure the door is open. Press and release the program button using the SmartKey tool or a paper clip. You will hear two beeps.
2) Press 1. You will hear one short beep and the keypad will flash green once.
3) Press the Kwikset button
4) Enter a user code. It must be between 4-8 digits. WARNING: For security reasons, the first 4 digits of each user code must be unique. For example you are unable to program a user code 1-2-3-4-5 as well as a user code 1-2-3-4-6.
5) Press the Kwikset button
6) You will hear one long beep and the keypad will flash green if successful. If you hear three beeps and the keypad flashes red, it was unsuccessful. Repeat from step 1.
Delete A User Code:
1. Make sure the door is open.
2. If you have not enabled a programming code, press and release
the program button. You will hear two beeps.
If you have enabled a programming code, enter you programming code, then press Kwikset. You will hear one short beep and the keypad will flash green.
3. Press 2 to delete a user code.
You will hear one short beep and the keypad will flash green.
4. Press Kwikset
5. Enter the user code you wish to delete. Press Kwikset
6. Enter the user code again.
7. Press Kwikset. You will hear one long beep and the keypad will flash green
if successful. If you hear three beeps and the keypad flashes red. It was unsuccessful. Repeat from step 1.
Delete All User Codes:
1. Make sure the door is open.
2. If you have not enabled a programming code, press and release the program button. You will hear two beeps.
If you have enabled a programming code, enter your programming code, then press Kwikset. You will hear one short beep and they keypad will flash green.
3. Press 4. You will hear one short beep and the
keypad will flash green.
4. Press Kwikset.
5. Enter 9 – 9 – 9 – 9 – 9 – 9
6. Enter Kwikset.
7. Enter 9 – 9 – 9 – 9 – 9 – 9
8. Press Kwikset. You will hear one long beep and the keypad will flash green if successful. If you hear three beeps and the keypad flashes red, it was unsuccessful. Repeat from step 1.
1. Keep door open. Press the Program button once. The keypad will flash green and you will hear three beeps.
2. Press Lock button once.
3. Enter Mastercode
4. Press Lock button once
5. Press “9” six times.
6. Press Lock button once
7. Press “9” six times.
8. Press Lock button once.
If programming is successful, the keypad will flash green once with one beep.
If programming is unsuccessful, the keypad will fl ash red three times with three beeps. Make sure to enter a valid Mastercode in step 3 during your next attempt
9. Press the Lock button while the door is open and unlocked. If the latch bolt does not extend to lock, then all codes have been successfully deleted.

To delete a user code from a Keyless connected smart door lock please follow the steps below. Wake up the keypad by touching it using the palm of your hand Step 1

Insert your master code and press the hash button
Step 3
Press the number 2 button, followed by the hash button
Step 4
Now press the number 3 button, followed by the hash button.
Step 5
Select the slot that the user was assigned to between 1-20 and then press the hash button
