If you have breakfast, the number of guests is based on the number of guests. The location of the hotel is convenient for travel. The extra bed is the size of the room. If there is an extra bed, you can have an extra bed.

Good location, in the middle of the International Avenue, you can park. Walk to outlets for about half an hour. The breakfast was very simple and I didn't want to eat the second meal. There is a supermarket and a meal across the road, hot pot buffet.

Everything from check in ect went very smooth .We had a room on the 5th floor with a terrace, the room was nice and clean .As the hotel didn’t seem to be overly busy we thought we ask if we can change rooms purely for the fact I really wanted to see the fireworks from universal from our terrace. I went to the reception spoke to the person on duty, who was vey helpful and without hesitation he offered us a different terrace room, on the 5th floor in another block. The new room was really nice and the views were amazing. This was all thanks to the staff member on the front desk, who made our stay even better than it already was.. The location of the hotel is perfect and there a plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. For me the Hotel will always be first choice , you can’t beat sitting on that terrace with a cup of coffee and get that Orlando sunshine.

Advantages: cheap, good location, the hotel has shuttle bus to Universal Studios. Parking is convenient and free. Disadvantages: There is an unpleasant smell when the room enters the door. The air conditioning sound is super loud at night, affecting sleep. People sleeping next to the air conditioner will be blown to wake up, but it is very hot.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

Nice quiet and comfortable room. The gentleman checking me in was very kind. The rest of my experience was lackluster. No food vending machines. Drink machine on my floor didn't work. When I asked the desk clerk he said there were no machines. I have a mystery charge on my debit card. Upon checkout I could not store a suitcase while I took my service animal to another hotel. All together I would stay there again, however the carpet is old and makes it hard to breathe.

Fair and reasonable, hotels in all areas are almost like that. Similar to the domestic season. However, it is a bit more troublesome. When the prepayment reservation arrives, it is said that the hotel cannot be checked in because the hotel cannot be charged. Of course, Ctrip has active coordination.

On our 2nd night we realised the ac wasn't working. We called down to reception and within 5mins maintenance were there. When they couldn't fix it they moved us rooms. As it was during a storm they offered both sets of keys until morning so that we could move our things the next day. Due to the heat my son was sick and a little got thw top sheet. I rinsed it and took it to reception next day to ask for a fresh sheet. My son was mortified and they made no fuss which really helped. Thank you to all the staff as this made a real difference to us. We had a two bed suite and yes it is dated but it is lovely to have the space. Especially as a family. It was clean. Breakfast if you have read any reviews is what it is. We bought cereal, toast and pop tarts and used breakfast as a snack at the park. The pool and games room are good. Always space and pool towels were soft. We used Uber to get to Disney and found this worked really well. It is not a five star hotel but it doesn't say it is. For a 3 star the customer service was amazing.

Review: Extended Stay America 1951 Summit Tower Blvd Orlando (Maitland) FL 32810 General Manager Isabel Munoz We stayed here for 7 nights in March 2022 Location: Firstly, don't confuse this review with two other very nearby ESA hotels. Although the same brand, they can be quite different. Just north of Orlando, away from the ”attractions”, but very close to center city and the northern residential communities. Fast food restaurants across the street. Grocery within a mile. Other shopping within a couple of miles. The neighborhood is primarily upscale office buildings and residential; well lighted, quiet. We felt very safe here. Not much evidence of nearby public transportation. Outstanding health club complex (pools, ice rinks, basketball, tennis, pickleball, training) a short walk away, but pricey. The Hotel is older, and a bit on the ”budget” side (no ice machine, minimal free breakfast, no USB ports in the room), BUT... ...it's very well maintained. Our room and hallway were clearly recently refurbished, with fresh carpet and flooring, new paint on the walls (very professionally done), and everything works. We had a single queen suite, with kitchenette, dinette/desk, lounge chair, and isolated vanity and tub/shower. The exterior windows actually opened, the AC was quiet and powerful. Everything was clean. A coin-op laundry is on the 2nd floor, all machines worked. Internet basic was free, pay for upgrade (we used our Hotspot instead, 4 bars). Other features (that we didn't use): Outdoor pool, treadmills. Staff was friendly and responsive. We asked for and received basic cooking utensils; sometimes the room key card didn't work, but they were apologetic and quickly remedied the problem. Summary: this is a basic, but exceptionally well maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood. My compliments to the Manager and Staff. We tipped them generously.

The front desk was not very enthusiastic. I stayed for 7 days and prepaid all the room rates. When I checked in, I received a deposit of $300, saying that there would be a city consumption tax and so on. When the checkout is calculated, it is said that it will take a few days to return the balance to the account. One and a half months, there is no news. Complaints to Ctrip, waiting for the results.

Very close to the airport, just a few minutes drive. There is a gas station and convenience store not far from the road, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is close to the airport, the sound insulation is not bad, there is no impact of aircraft taking off and landing. The room is quite big, it is a suite, it is quite comfortable. It is a good choice for those who catch a flight, and you can sleep beautifully. The hotel's breakfast is as simple as an American hotel.

Breakfast is relatively simple, with eggs, bread, waffles, patties, juice and the like. There are a lot of people, but they can be full. You can eat a little before going out to play. If you travel, there is a shuttle bus to Disney, but only to the magic kingdom, you can book in advance. If we go to Universal, we are all travelling by uber, which is also very convenient. When we go, it is about $ 11, and when we return, it is about $ 16. It's about 15 minutes' walk from the outlets. I can still accept it. On the last day, I went shopping and found something very affordable. By the way, from the airport uber past the hotel was about $ 28. When we went, it was 30 and when we returned, it was 26. The environment is very good, the room is clean and relatively new, I feel very good hotel abroad, and the service is very good. There is no extra charge. When I went in, the credit card paid a deposit of about 80 knives, which is acceptable. After that, the deduction for the hotel consumption was refunded to me. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo conditioner and soap are not provided. Overall, the price is very satisfactory!

Can't recommend this hotel more. Stayed in block 1 on the 6th floor in a suite for 10 nights. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room are light and airy, even being on the universal boulevard roadside we thought we would have issues with noise but only the odd souped up car or emergency vehicle caused issue. That only tips I would give are bring a small make-up mirror as there is not one, leave your British hairdryer at home as they don't work, in the double room in the suites be prepared to live out of your suitcase as no draws / lack of storage and look behind the double room door to find the safe. Well done Surfside Inn.

We booked multiple rooms for me to copy. Satisfied, I have stayed at a good motel near Disney. The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.

We booked this hotel due to its location and it’s lazy river pool. That was the main selling point for us. When we arrived at the property is under a pretty extensive renovation that is still not completed. When we checked in we attempted to get an upgrade because the room type we booked online through the hotels website showed in the room photos the room had a balcony. When we arrived we found out we weren’t in a balcony room and there were no upgrades available. The room itself was clean and well appointed. Here’s my issue-The resort charge is a $40 a day resort fee. But only includes 2 floats for the lazy river and charges five dollars additional for any extra rafts. Feels a little nickel and dimey when you’re paying $500 a night for a room and a $40 a day resort fee. The Internet and Wi-Fi was intermittent at best and we had a lot of challenges connecting to a reliable signal. Parking is very expensive. The Self Park option which is quite a walk from the front of the hotel is $32 per day. The valet is $47 a day. We attempted to try to Self Park but it was consistently full. Food and beverage on property is expensive. I am a Marriott bonvoy member and have stayed at many Marriott properties. Two piña colada‘s at the pool was $45. We were able to get an upgrade the next day to a balcony room which honestly was not worth the additional cost. The regular balcony rooms are very tiny balconies with no chairs or furniture on them. I don’t know if the suites offer bigger balconies as I didn’t see them. The pool area is huge and never seemed crowded during our stay. We enjoyed floating around in the lazy river. The entire pool is no deeper than 3 1/2 feet whether you’re inside the lazy river area or the offshoots of the regular pool. There were ample availability for lounge chairs and towels were easy to come by. We enjoyed the live music at the pool. The property was very clean and well taken care of outside the areas of construction. The lazy river at times had empty bottles and trash along the sides but that’s not really anything that deterred us from being there. The construction was a little disappointing as it was green fencing around the entire lazy river area but we enjoyed it regardless. Monday morning the construction was in full swing so it was a bit loud. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but don’t think we would return to this particular property because The overall cost of our trip wasn’t really in line with what we could have gotten at other properties.

I took the time to look for a good hotel option, since my trip was with my daughter, the hotel really seemed good to me but I looked for ”breakfast included” and in the photos they put the restaurant. When I got to my first ”breakfast” they told me ahhh it's not here it's in the store! Continental breakfast? They gave me a tray with a cold tasteless bagel, an apple and a juice! That was not a breakfast! It looked like food for a beggar! I did not go back for my ”continental breakfast” I was very disappointed by this! On the other hand, I sought help with a couple of issues: I didn't get a good internet connection and they couldn't help me when I asked for help on where to test for COVID. I would recommend trip.com but not this hotel. It is a pity because it is beautiful and very well located. But I did not feel well cared for.

To be honest, it was a pretty basic no frills room. My family had a comfortable stay and everyone was extremely helpful and hospitable. It felt cozy and humble after a few days and the pool was beautiful. It has a built in store for all your needs and a Applebee’s right in the hotel. As well as a free Disney shuttle (scheduled) to the parks. It’s not the closest hotel to Disney so less access to other specialized Disney transportation options but it’s very cost effective and it’s maybe less than 15 minutes away driving (Magic Kingdom). It was very clean and made for some cozy memories forever. That being said… the negatives… The key has to be slid into the door rather than tapped like more modern hotels and plenty of times the sensor would not go off if I did it too fast or slow. The main light switch doesn’t turn on the lights (you have to manually turn the lamps on) and the air conditioning is only controlled by the thermostat. There was a connecting room feature that kind of just connects to the next room over and obviously stays locked, kind of made me more uneasy than I’d like to admit. Basic furniture. The tv was very simplistic and didn’t have access to Netflix (smart tv capabilities) but it was fine because I only used the tv to entertain my child on our Disney trip and the Disney channel was available. The paint treatment for the walls is kind of hideous and the lighting makes it kind of worse, those lazer yellow white light bulbs make the place feel uninviting. The way that you get to your room is to walk inside and outside again then inside. I wasn’t feeling that much lol. There is one big window but we never really got to enjoy the view as the shade covers the whole window (so people can’t see you when they walk by your room). You can enjoy the view from the shared balcony though. but the negatives aside it was genuinely not bad. Most of the problem is that the hotel seems a little outdated. Being a family trip, it seemed to kind of work for the feeling of coziness. The staff was super helpful and it felt welcoming overall and gave us that feeling of home away from home.

Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We needed a place to stay in Orlando the night prior to our flight, and looking at the list of available hotels at a reasonable cost was TownPlace Suites. With a pool and complimentary breakfast, free airport shuttle, and the option to park the car for a few days cheaply, it seemed to fit the bill. But TownPlace Suites was much more than adequate. The clerk at the front desk, Ed, was very hospitable and helpful, with great tips about our stay. The pool was clean and uncrowded. And the room was spacious, clean, and cool in the hot day, with its own small kitchenette. There was a restaurant-bar open late, and a shop for food and other items open 24/7. Breakfast buffet was the usual fare one finds at such places, which was far more than adequate, and the shuttle to the airport was on time, and the driver was very friendly and helpful in advising us how to catch the return bus when we get back to town. We were very happy with our stay, and look forward to staying here again.
