Picked up my new Signature on Saturday. The salesman was very helpful in showing me how the wireless charger pad works. It worked fine with his I phone. but doesn't connect to my Samsung S21 android. No issue with setting up the android auto connectivity...Just the wireless charger. Any tips? We tried the various positions on the pad, and removed the phone protective cover.
Thanks

Interesting. I don't have a wireless charging capable phone, but have other wireless devices I use with the hockey puck pads in my home. I sometimes have to move them around to get it working, but this is the first I have heard of it not working at all. Please let us know how it turns out.

Does the phone charge wirelessly on other chargers? If you haven't tried other chargers or it doesn't, make sure you have activated wireless charging in the setup. I don't have an S21 so I can't help you, but I know the S7 I used to have had a setting to activate it.

Make sure you disconnect NFC transfer on the phone once you do the feature will work flawless. You will either get a blue light on the charger for low out put charge and a green light for high output charge depending on the phone capabilities. But I would ensure the phone even has that he feature to wireless charge first if you haven't or aren't sure
