Mad Libs - See if you can dream up the part of speech you are directed for. Fill in the blanks with the appropriate type of word such as noun, verb or adjective. Read your story aloud to your friends and family for lots of laughs.
Homophones - Homophones are words that sound the same, but mean different things. Many times they are spelled differently. They are words like here and hear or steel and steal. For each sentence below fill in the blank with the correct homophone. Choices for each sentence are to the right of each sentence.
Nouns, Verbs, and Adjectives - For each sentence underline the nouns, circle the verbs and cross out adjectives. Nouns are a person, place or thing.
