What is the point of having a Cut off and cover on the bumper when the port installed hitch (I guess, at least it is Hyundai one) is still the same as the previous model. (Pic from FB).

This seems more like a universal hitch Hyundai has rather than one that’s supposed to fit in that cut out/cover area. I’m not sure that’s right…

Yeah, that's very strange-doesn't seem right. I feel like the '23 hitch is supposed to be a different design but it hasn't been released yet.

Saw this on FB too. But Didn't want to post someone else's Pic on Reddit.
Based on all pictures I've seen and other forum, there is a cutout in the bumper. There was a sales rep in the FB that confirmed that was the plan or they saw it in the training material.
My guess is that the integrated hitch isn't available yet but the old hitches are compatible with new ones. That would probably mean other hitch like stealth hitch would probably work.
